A fork results in two products.
E.g. now both owncloud and nextcloud exist, have maintainers, receive 
new versions etc.
The new LTSP replaces the old LTSP, so after the migration is done, 
LTSP5 won't exist anymore.
It's just a new version; it doesn't matter that it's completely 
rewritten from scratch.
