I have managed by juggling the ext2fs stuff to fit badblocks on.

There are now 0 sectors free, so, the 40K debugfs is just not likely to
make it back until I get some more ideas to save space.  Tune2fs -l can
do most of what dumpe2fs is used for, that will have to do.
