The script that builds the CD version from the floppy is
neither production quality nor supported.  It is at:

if you want to try to make it work for you.  Again, it is what it is.

Probably maybe more of it is loaded by the bios?

Dunno.  Compact doesn't work for the normal tomsrtbt 1722 format, anyway.

Performance is explicitly a non-goal, so it doesn't matter.
