At last I was able to build the 1.722MB image file with buildit.s.
(For doing this I working simply under tomsrtbt.)

Now I have the problem that I don't know, how to use the
eltorito.s script.
My first attempt was to copy it to the xxx.unpacked directory and to
execute it.
But thats didn't work very well.

Sorry, maybe a stupid question, but what are the required steps to make
a Eltorito image?

I have a working 1.722MB installation and the eltorito.s script.
