You can't use it.

I havn't written a usable script.

You have to peruse and understand it, and make it into something
that will work in your environment.  I have never attempted to
productionize or distributableize the script.  It would be very
suprising if it worked in another environment without manual
intervention of a text editor.

If you or anyone makes a version of this script that is more than
an "as-is" example, please contribute it back to me, or put it up
on the wiki.

I thought that was clear from the email I sent, that this script is
the one I run to make the ElTorito image, but it has never been made
at all portable.
