Hoi there,
when booting with tomsrtbt-floppy, my box can't get an IP-adres from my (hardware)-router.
I have a 3com905C NIC. (booting from hdd with SUSE 7.2 gives no problem)
ifconfig shows the following:
eth0 Link encap:ethernet WWadr 00:04:76:19:16:EF
inet adr 1.1.1.1 Bcast:255.255.255.255 Mask:255.0.0.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
Rx packets:48 Errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions: 0 txqueuelen:100
RX bytes:2880 TX bytes:624
Interrupt:11 Base address:0xe400
Can you please give me some advice??
thanks,
Luc
