TWIMC: Thanks to the great "reverse engineering" work of Patrick McNamara, I've decided I have enough information to build my own Actiontec Dual PC "development board". My primary design goal was to produce a version of ActionTec's Development Daughterboard which can be used with the plastic enclosure *in place*. This scheme (hopefully) adds a DB-9 RS-232 serial port connector, a USB Type-A connector, a "boot mode" slide switch, and a "reset" button to one side of the enclosure (opposite J5). Take a look at the "Wiki" to see what's happened so far... http://www.embeddedlinuxinterfacing.com/wiki.php/HomeGrownDevelopmentDaughterboard Note that "photo" of the "home grown" daughterboard is a "mock up". I just sent out an all surface-mount PCB for fab. I hope to have everything working sometime next week. I'll be putting this hardware into the public domain. I have no plans to build and sell these. However, anyone can order 9 PCB's from ExpressPCB for ~$60, and the needed part's from Digikey (<$20 each PCB). Best regards, Bruce -- Bruce D.
