Look,  you  didn't sleep with him and  you weren't anything official. This was entirely  casual and that's obvious. Don't mess  around in casual situations when  you have feelings or the  ability to get  hurt when the other  person goes  in  a  different direction. So,  consider this a valuable lesson that didn't cost you a  damn  thing. You  now know that  if you  are  going to mess around with a guy  this secret casual  shit will only cause you pain. Now you know to pursue more  formal relationships that involve dates, being publicly  open,  and the normal stuff. Be glad you didn't get hurt after sleeping with him.

As to your other flatmate, tell her the truth  and let her do  what she  wants with it. She's  in no way  bad if she  goes out with him. But, give her the  information  she  needs to make an informed decision.
