folder number limited to 4 under Logical View?

I just installed the latest from source and was running it on a test 
project to see how it worked. I noticed that under the treeview, the 
logical view seems to be limited to 4 folders. The project I was trying 
to work on has several more subdirectories than 4 that I would like to 
suck in & organize. When I try and organize the classes into folders, 
then save & restart, the folders after the 4th are gone. Is this a known 
issue?
