Upnp and UDDI

Hi at all,  Upnp , we know, don't  have a distributed registry ( like jini or other discovery protocol ).
I want to create a local distributed registry ( maybe like intersection of varius Control Point ), where i can register all my services and make query.
I have see UDDI, but  IS POSSIBLE TO  USE THIS PROTOCOL WITH  Upnp ?
Where i can download APIs or other library to develop my local registry ?
