Error -208 with SDK initialization

Hi everybody,

Did anyone had ever seen the problem that if the IP address of your device is
given hardly (not by a DHCP server) UpnpInit fails and gives the -208 ocket
error.
I had already had this problem once and when I gave the ip address by DHCP the
problem was solved! Does anyone know why? Is that absolutely necessay that the
device obtain it's ip address by DHCP server?
