Hi,

I'm trying to cross compile upnpsdk 1.0.4 for a broadcom chip. I use a
buildroot provided by openwrt, and have modified all the makefiles to use
the gcc, g++, ld provided by the buildroot.

The build aborts at the point where src/ssdp/makefile uses a file
ssdpres.so.0 (in LDFLAGS). I'm not sure where to find this file, and this
file happens to be in a different format (as seen by my target platform).

Can someone tell me how to fix this?

This is the exact error:
ld -r ssdplib.o ssdpparser.o -o ../lib/ssdp.o
ld: ssdplib.o: Relocations in generic ELF (EM: 8)
ld: ssdplib.o: Relocations in generic ELF (EM: 8)
ssdplib.o: could not read symbols: File in wrong format
make[2]: *** [../lib/ssdp.o] Error 1

Thanks
Karthik.
