Invitation for developers / libupnp 1.4.0

After the successful fork from project UPnP the new project "Portable UPnP" (http://www.sf.net/projects/pupnp , webboard at http://www.virtualworlds.de/forum/index.php#6 ) made a serious progress, so that we're now in a state to go forward to version 1.4.0 (please refer to http://www.virtualworlds.de/forum/index.php/topic,196.0.html ).

Because of that I want to invite all developers to our project:

- the ones that have contributed code or patches to test if it works as expected
- the ones from the old project UPnP (I remember at least one that was active there) to take part at the new project
- and of course the ones that found other bugs or problems and want to report them or contribute fixes
