Error messages when installing Linux SDK

Hello,

I am trying to install Linux UPnP SDK for UPnP 1.2.1. After 'untar' libupnp-1.2.1.tar.gz and going into 'libupnp-1.2.1\upnp' folder I do the 'make' command. But i am getting below error message:

make[2]: *** [obj/ixml.o] Error 1

make[2]: leaving directory '/home/libupnp-1.2.1/ixml/src'

make[1]: *** [all] Error 2

make[1]: Leaving Directory '/home/libupnp-1.2.1/ixml'

make: *** [upnp] Error 2

Can you please help me and advise how to install correctly the UPnP SDK. Thanks
