A control point is a UPnP point of control.  It has no UPnP interface 
itself, it simply acts upon other UPnP interfaces to give them commands.

A control point can either passively listen to SSDP announcement 
broadcasts of devices, or it can do a SEARCH to find devices of a given 
service type.  Devices regularly broadcast their presence, but at a 
relatively low rate.  To compensate for this slowness, devices can 
SEARCH, which is useful if thye know what htey're looking for.
