Can you tell me how copy/paste is 'still one of the worst annoyances in
Linux'?

For me, every time I need to copy/paste in windows ... I end up messing
it up since I am so very, very used to select text ... middle click ...
No need for extra Ctl-C/Ctl-V/Ctl-X combos.
