I call it swaggering in with attitude. I don't think it has the effect
you intend. If you come in sounding hostile (which you do), then you are
setting up a hostile situation and coloring the kinds of responses you
are likely to get back. This is a no hostility zone. ;)

The problem is that you aren't just saying, "Yes, I've tried this and
this and this already." You're throwing attitude and trolling in a
different way.
