maybe a part under the kernel about adding modules (downloaded source
then adding new modules only--have to drive friends through that for
newer hardware)--of course they usually get the wrong patch downloaded
for the kernel source they are running thank god for kernel sanity
checking

5.6
logging martians filling up my log file

Maybe something on using /var/log/messages as most people open and close
it saying its too big (grep or Perl regex)

5.6
getting routing to work

7.1
ACLs (SuSE ships ready with SAMBA-RedHat is on the way but ACLs have a
kernel patch and are catching on--problems include tools <cp, tar> that
are not ACL ready and kill ACL settings when used)

8.1
QMAIL (very secure-but a major setup)

?????IPTABLES-I know a bunch of people that cant configure a basic
firewall to allow all outgoing but allow 25, 22, 80 incoming

Desktop-
jittery DVD playback and enabling DMA to make it normal

thats all that comes to mind
