Well wrong again.
On Win2K Advance Server (maybe Win2K server also) do the following:
 
Control Panel -> Network and Dial-up connections 
Right click "local area connection" and choose properties
In the Genreal tab, scroll the window to TCP/IP, choose properties
In the new Properties window, choose the "advanced" button.
Now with the new "Advanced TCP/IP settings" choose the "options" tab.
Now click TCP/IP filtering and then click the "properties" button.
 
It may not be a great firewall, but it does the basic function of filtering
the TCP/IP suite.

	Well win2k does not come with a firewall either, and the OP
	was talking about add-on packages from third partys.  So
	it seemed a fair comparison to me.
	
	SE Linux has had the code published, and undergoes heavy
	utilization at the NSA, and quite a few people have been pouring
	over the code.  Even Linus himself.  There is no point in the life
	of a Open Source project when it is ever certified to be bug
	free, so there is no authority to turn to for a pronouncement
	that it is safe.
