yes, you are right. It looks like it's happening everywhere but the US:
Governments are adopting Free Software.

Evidence of the move are collected on [1] in a wiki. Please help us maintain
and organize these evidence and testimony to help develop the use of Free

PS: Just a note seen from the European side: it is a pitty for the US ... but
I do not personnally care : I am happy that the rest of the world is showing
the US what is the way to go: with sofware patents, maybe use of Free Software
and other civil points. I am a little fed up with the demonstration by some
Americans from the US like Bush and others that the US are the examples to
follow ! I'll try my best at helping the US find the best way ;-)
