Several activities have been registered on some Italian municipalities. 
I've collected some reference but, unfortunatly, as usual in Italy, they 
are _only_ in italian.

There is also an "official" document issued by an "official" Commission 
created by the "Ministry of Innovation" that, being oriented to Public 
Administrations, is both a very good analysis of the situation and, 
also, a good guideline in the adoption of OSS.

It seem an initiative very similiar to the GNAcademy one. They seem not 
to be stricly related to Public Administrations but... maybe a visit to 
their site will worth the effort:
