smartmontools 5.1-16 released

I have just released smartmontools-5.1-16. This release contains a number
of "new things":
- support for ATA disks behind 3ware SCSI RAID controllers
- improved ATA error log printing
- support for both big/little endian architectures
- support for 64-bit architectures
- a smartmontools.spec file that should restart smartd
  if it's already running
- more efficient smartd timing loop
Note:
Because of all of these changes, the probability that something is broken
is higher than usual.  So I wouldn't be surprised if I have to issue a new
release within a short time.
