Smartmontools 5.1-17 released

I've just released smartmontools 5.1-17

The "ATA disk behind 3ware controller" support should now be stable.  In
release 5.1-16, the SMART Heath Status was not returned correctly.  3ware
users should upgrade to this release.

The smartd daemon has been extensively reworked.  It now reloads its
configuration file when it receives a SIGHUP, or in debug mode, when the
user types <CONTROL-C>.
