historical data sets (S.M.A.R.T)

I hope I am asking the right question on this group...I am trying to do pattern recognition (or predictive modeling) of SMART data to study "possible" failures.
Below is some historical work.

However, I have hard time finding the relevant data sets (derived from the output of smartctl command).
Can some one point me to such data sets (or resources)-thanks in advance
