Hi I hope I am asking the right question on this group...I am trying to do pattern recognition (or predictive modeling) of SMART data to study "possible" failures. Below is some historical work. http://hebb.mit.edu/people/jfmurray/publications/Murray2000.pdf http://static.googleusercontent.com/media/research.google.com/en/us/archive/disk_failures.pdf http://sourceforge.net/p/smartmontools/mailman/message/10780506/ However, I have hard time finding the relevant data sets (derived from the output of smartctl command). Can some one point me to such data sets (or resources)-thanks in advance Best Kris ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ HPCC Systems Open Source Big Data Platform from LexisNexis Risk Solutions Find What Matters Most in Your Big Data with HPCC Systems Open Source.
