Hello, I am using Intel Rapid Storage Technology (Intel RST) and have configured one RAID 1 with two 500gb SATA disks. Using smartctl -i /dev/sda results in output which shows some information about the Intel RAID Controller. I've tried some inputs with csmi, but it let to no success. Is there a way to bypass Intel RST to get the SMART-Information from the disks? Have you implemented such functionality? Best Regards Peter J. Schrörs PS. The Intel Chipset is called Intel C600. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Download BIRT iHub F-Type - The Free Enterprise-Grade BIRT Server from Actuate!
