I read that smartmontools supports Areca RAID Cards, however I am running
in JBOD and when I run smartctl on the drive, it doesn't return all the
information as it should. This makes me wonder if the smartmontools health
monitor is accurate.

Output from smartmontools:
sudo smartctl -a /dev/sdg
smartctl 6.4 2015-06-04 r4109 [x86_64-linux-4.2.5-1-ARCH] (local build)

I would like to know how I can get full smart details from the drive.
