I have a Crucial BX200 SSD which currently has several SMART attributes
unknown to smartmontools (but will be soon). 169 is one of them and
according to Crucial's management software attribute 169 is "Percentage
Lifetime Remaining". Your drive may differ but considering its age and
usage it's reasonable to assume that attribute has a similar meaning.

You might want to run some self-tests on the drive; there's plenty of info
in the smartctl documentation on this.  "--test=long <device spec>" will
run an extended test. If you haven't done so already it will be helpful if
you could submit the drive for inclusion in the database:
