Capacity and other unset info is now no longer printed (except if debug 
mode is enabled). Size/Capacity and LBA info is now read from Identify 
Namespace struct. Please test r4302 if possible.

There are no self-tests in the NVMe spec.

Options that are not supported for a specific device type are silently 
ignored. This also the case for many ATA options which do not make sense 
for SCSI/SAS devices. Fixing this would be non-trivial and is left for 
later.
