Agreed. And anyway, anyone who has followed RH long should know they
never back down on one of these quests to push a shiny new thing so
everyone might as well make their peace with pkgconfig now rather than
later.  Especially since it does seem to solve some longstanding
problems and there is good code right in the bugzilla entry to detect
and use pkgconfig when it is available.

And I'm sure they had some sort of reason to put the kerberos stuff
where they did..... wish they could bring themselves to let us in on
it.  :)
