Nice to see you back in the woods :) I was very pleased to hear of your new WOLK4 releases, and overjoyed that you have opted to start a 2.6 branch. When you get the opportunity, please take a look at the gentoo-dev-sources (Gentoo's "official" flavour of 2.6). You can get the latest patch (as of the time of writing) here, which applies to vanilla: ftp://ftp.tu-clausthal.de/pub/linux/gentoo/genpatches-2.6-3.24.tar.bz2 There is a nice, descriptive README included but I'll list the names of the contained patches here: Included: 120_e1000_interrupt-assertion-revert.patch 125_x86_64_2.6.3-1.patch 125a_x86_64_nvidia_noapic.patch 200_r8169-8110S-12172003.patch 201_prism54_wlan_01242004.patch 202_bcm5700_broadcom_gigabit_drvr_11272003.patch 227_alsa_cvs_20040220_2.6.3.patch 300_squashfs-1.3r3.patch 400_bootsplash-3.1.3-2.6.3-r5.patch 401_supermount-2.0.4.patch 403_speakup_accessibility.patch 405_lirc_infrared-2.6.2_rc1-01242004.patch 410_libata_enable_sil.patch 415_gcloop-2.6-20040118.patch 420_adaptec_dpt_i2o.patch 425_am6-2.6.3.patch 451_powernow_k8_buggy_bios.patch 452_k8_cardbus_io.patch 460_amd64_dvb_saa7146.patch Todo: 420_evms-extrapatches-2.2.1.patch I realise that most of this is already in, but a few are not (unless implied by -mm) and I thought that perhaps they might be useful. It is probably a good patchset to keep an eye on in terms of supporting "tricky" hardware.
