part of your .config:

# CONFIG_OOM_KILLER is not set
CONFIG_OOM_KILLER_CLASSIC=y
# CONFIG_OOM_KILLER_PARENT_PROCESS_KILL is not set
# CONFIG_OOM_KILLER_PANIC is not set

how did you made that? CONFIG_OOM_KILLER _has_ to be set in order to select 
the other menu options. Hand edited? ;)
