Ok, then you do not use some of the options Linux ABI offers since some of 
them are broken in compiling even on mainline (For example, lots of includes 
are missing)

anyway, I've fixed all the issues up, everything compiles clean now, but I do 
not know if it also works. So I need a test binary, or I can upload a v4.18s 
snapshot and you can test it yourself :)
