Assistive technology open standard for virtual desktops

I have written both an RFC and a whitepaper to define an open additive
model for persistent, adaptive virtual desktop workflows (OAVD). It
preserves ordinary temporary virtual desktops while allowing users to
promote useful workspace arrangements into named stages, record app/window
placement as system-created actors, and assemble stages into workflows that
adapt to display availability and orientation. The standard is intended for
Linux, BSD, and Unix-like desktop environments, especially
compositor-controlled environments where final placement authority belongs
to the desktop shell, compositor, or window manager rather than to
individual applications.

I don't want anything other than to discuss this open standard and see if
it can help.
