I would like to see binary feeds which will be able to provide
binaries built from a fixed USE flag. There can be many feeds with
different USE setting out there on the internet, and user will be able
to choose a feed match to his USE setting most.

For those user who don't want to spend a lot time to complie their own
packages, a feed can provide them binaries packages. Otherwise, user
can build from source code with ebuild.
