Hi Kevin,

Yes, I did get the other reply -- I was just making sure everything  
works fine.  Thanks for the info and the pointer to the update.  The  
update worked like a charm -- very nice.  Everything seems to be  
working as desired -- cl-yacc appears to load fine and does not have  
any conflicts.  Thanks a lot!
