Basic JLinker Question

Hi - 
I'm totally new to jlinker, and common lisp in general, so bear with me if this question seems stupid:  I'm trying to get the jlinker demos running, but no matter what I do, it tells me that it can't find "a java 2 runtime environment".  I'm pretty sure I followed the directions (copy and customize jl-config.cl, put jlinker.jar someplace where it can be found), but it still won't do it.  My jl-config changes:
(setf javatools.jlinker:*jlinker-java-home* "C:/Program Files/Java/jdk1.5.0_06")
(setf javatools.jlinker:*jni-library* "jre/bin/client/jvm.dll")
