:os-threads in *features*

Hello,

Is there a special license needed from franz in order to use native
multithreading in ACL.  All the ACL software I have access (express
edition and campus license) to do not.  According to the documentation
(http://www.franz.com/support/documentation/8.1/doc/multiprocessing.htm#mp-intro-1).
:os-threads need to appear in the *features* list.  Basically, how do
I get access to an ACL where this is there?
