Summary: clg requires libgtk1.3-dev

Initial Comment:
apt-get install clg does not work because it fails to
meet dependency on a Woody machine. It requires
libgtk1.3-dev.
However, libgtk1.3-dev is replaced by libgtk2.0-dev
which is installable on Woody.

Solution: resolve dependencies of clg for libgtk2.0-dev
