asdf and windows .lnk files

Hi,

I'm not sure that a patch by David Lichteblau to support Windows .lnk
files in a similar way to symlinks on Windows within asdf itself has
been discussed here.  The patch is available at
  <http://www.lichteblau.com/blubba/shortcut/asdf.diff>
and I'm inclined to merge it or something like it, but thought it
would be sensible to check whether someone already using windows and
asdf already would have their setup broken by such an addition.

(What it does is follow .asd.lnk files in directories named by
*central-registry* as part of the default strategy for system
definition search.)
