lispworks vs MacCL

I am trying to port cl-http code I wrote for MacCL to lispworks. 
There seems to be a difference in the platforms that is causing me 
trouble, and I wanted to double-check. From what I can see, in MacCL 
the code inside the html generation methods is run in the cl-user 
package, but in LispWorks the code is run in the http-user package. 
Is that true?
