question about passing variables to the url

Hello!

     I've #u"/contenido?temita=tema&concept=concepto&t1=tema1" , within the 
scope of a function, where the variables tema,concepto, and tema1 have a 
value, which i take of a file and i bind them with setq.

   My problem is that when the page 
(#u"contenido?temita=tema&concept=concepto&t1=tema1) is generated 
dinamically;it doesn't take the values of the variables tema,concepto and 
tema1. It takes the same word tema,concepto and tema and not their values.

   I don't know if i have to write something with the variables.
