A reference with a image

Hello!

    I've (html2:image "/cl-http/siidepe/r1s.gif" "Siguiente pág. 
recomendada" :stream stream), but i would like to have a reference. For 
example, when i have (note-anchor "Here" :reference 
"/cl-http/siidepe/p.html"l :target "Display-pane" :stream stream), i have a 
reference with the string "Here", and not wit the image 
"/cl-http/siidepe/r1s.gif". I would like to have a reference with this 
image, and i don't know how to do it.
