Project update

Hi

After more than 2 years without having touched the code or even looked
at the web page at SourceForge, I have taken up the development of clg
again (I had actually been thinking about doing this for some time, but
it was a mail from Oyvin Halfdan Thuv that really triggered me).
Unfortunately I was for some unknown reason, unsubscribed from the
mailing and thus have not received any mail from it for about the same
period of time. My apologies to those who have posted to the list and
not gotten any response.

So far I have updated the code to work with CMUCL 19a and Gtk 2.4 (2.5
would probably also work as well), and along the way made lots of other
improvements to the code. Among other things, the system definition is
now based on ASDF and it should be possible to build the system without
opening the display.

About half of the examples in testgtk.lisp are updated to the current
(and final) programming style. The rest of the examples will be updated
or replaced with new ones using current gtk widgets.

The current code is in cvs and should work without to much trouble, but
loading it will fail with: 

Error in function KERNEL::%REDEFINE-DEFSTRUCT:
   Redefining class PCL::SLOT-INFO incompatibly with the current definition.

Just accept the redefinition (restart 1). The caused of this is that the
current version of PCL does not accept any non standard slot allocations
(unless I have done something completely wrong). This problem have to be
solved in some way or another.

It would be very nice if someone could try out the system, and give some
feedback. Also some help adding missing bindings and maybe translating
some of the examples from the gtk source tree, would be appreciated very
much.
