Since I wrote the previous summary a few months ago, a lot of progress have been made with clg. The library should now actually be usable in real projects. The bindings are not 100% complete; a few things such as accelerators, selections, key bindings and resource files are still missing, but all widgets should be done. I have also cleaned up and reimplemented parts of the FFI abstraction layer, so that segfaults should now be very rare (and caused by real bugs, not broken design). Clg also works with SBCL now. The README file has been updated with guidelines for using the Gtk API references (real documentation will probably not be available until Gtk 2.8 with full introspection, is released). My plan is to make an "official" release in a few days. Any feedback about things which should be fixed before I do so, are welcome. I would especially like to know if someone experience a build failure, or actually manage to build and run the test code. -- Espen ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
