You should check if you have a clg/systems directory with links to the
.asd files found in the other subdirectories (which you probably don't
have if you check clg out from CVS). To create these links, do the
following:

$ cd <clg toplevel>
$ mkdir systems && cd systems
$ find .. -name '*.asd' -exec ln -s {} . \;
