Summary: clisp's Cursor Hides in Win32?

Initial Comment:
In win32,when I type lisp expressions in clisp command line, the cursor always hides.
When i move the cursor by arrow keys , it hides too.
It's also a problem that keys like Home,End,Delete can't be used.

My clisp version is 2.49.And it runs without any Linux emulator such as Cygwin.
