Done.

But I see there are some issues.  hg clone creates two directories: 
clocc/CVSROOT and clocc/clocc.  This is unexpected.

What should we do?  It's easy enough to delete the clocc/CVSROOT
directory.  Should everything in clocc/clocc/* be moved up one directory?

Or should someone go delete the hg repo and I try this again?
