Problems with cllib make system and cmucl.

Under FreeBSD with cmucl-19b, I am trying to compile the cllib package.  I =
am=20
encountering the following error:

;   (LET (TBC)
;     (MAKE:ADD-REGISTRY-LOCATION #)
;     (MAKE:ADD-REGISTRY-LOCATION #)
;     (MAKE:DEFSYSTEM CLLIB :SOURCE-PATHNAME # :SOURCE-EXTENSION ...))
; Note: Variable TBC defined but never used.
gmake: *** [system] Error 1


And so the package will not build.  Advice would be appreciated.
