this is not an error, just a style warning
(and an incorrect one to boot: TBC _is_ used, see cllib.system).
please run the failing command that make issues and see is $? is indeed non-0.
if it is, please report this as a bug to the CMUCL people: a warning
should not produce non-0 error code from CMUCL.
if it is not, you will have to figure out what the error is.
