binary-trees 0.3 released

It's not nearly as sexy as a UBF reader or a sexp-based IPC mechanism,
but it might be handy for somebody.  Witness the binary tree library:

Supports "normal" binary trees and several flavors of balanced trees:
AVL, red-black, and AA.
